1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using https://adhdworks.biz or https://jobcoffin.com (the “Sites”), or purchasing any product or service from ADHD WORKS LIMITED (trading as “ADHDWorks” and “JobCoffin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Products and Digital Goods

We sell digital products including assessments, reports, coaching tools, subscription services, and AI-powered features. All products are described on their respective product pages.

Digital products are delivered electronically (via email, in-app, or download). Delivery begins immediately upon purchase unless stated otherwise.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may not apply once delivery has begun with your consent.

However, we want you satisfied. If a product is defective or not as described, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue, which may include a full refund.

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Powered Services

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate content, assessments, and coaching advice. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content is not professional medical, legal, or career advice and should not be treated as such.
• You understand that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You consent to your inputs being processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You retain ownership of your input content. We retain a licence to process it for service delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, assessments, tools, code, and brand elements, is owned by ADHD WORKS LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased products.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Sites without permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased products unless explicitly permitted.
• Abuse or manipulate AI features, including attempts to extract system prompts or jailbreak AI models.

10. Disclaimers

The Sites and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that:

• The Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated content will be fully accurate.
• Products will achieve specific outcomes for your career or wellbeing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Sites or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Sites. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
